Our Efforts
Sustainability is a core pillar of our operations. We're committed to minimizing our environmental impact through responsible sourcing, waste management, and resource conservation. Our initiatives reflect our dedication to delivering high-quality products and align with the values of the pharmaceutical clients industry.
Responsible Sourcing: All offset paper used in our products is 100% recyclable and SFI-certified, sourced from responsibly managed forests. Our label paper carries the FSC designation, further reinforcing our commitment to a sustainable supply chain. These practices ensure that our materials meet ethical standards while maintaining the quality our clients expect.
Waste Management: We recycle all paper and print plate waste, restoring paper to pulp for reuse and repurposing flexographic plate residuals as an energy source. These efforts significantly reduce our ecological footprint, diverting waste from landfills and contributing to a circular economy.
Resource Conservation: By reducing offset paper thickness, we’ve cut pulp usage by 20% over five years without compromising quality. Our use of UV inks for labels lowers water consumption compared to traditional methods, enhancing efficiency and sustainability across our production processes.
Partnerships: We collaborate with the National Forest Foundation to support global tree planting initiatives, offsetting deforestation and enhancing biodiversity. Locally, we promote sustainable commuting through 511NY Rideshare, encouraging employees to reduce their carbon footprint.
